About Me
Emily Powers is a comedian from Toronto who put away her toboggan to live in Los Angeles. She studied at UCB, The Second City Conservatory, and The Groundlings. Her comedic plays have been mounted internationally. She’s won the Robertson Davies Playwriting Award twice and was a finalist in SheNYC Festival and Scranton Scratch Night hosted by SNL’s Heidi Gardner. She’s a member of the Pack Sketch Team Corduroy and the production team Dramaterds.
